We learn how to how to fit in, to bury emotions, how to be acceptable & digestible. We are told to be quiet in our anger, sorrow, joy & pleasure. We are too much & yet, not enough.

We are loaded up with stories, beliefs, and teachings & accept most as truth. We then distrust ourselves, our inner wisdom and knowing. How can we have build lives that we love with all of this happening unconsciously?
